Join me for an all day event where I will take you through the process of making your own Charcoal. Also we will be looking at cooking over fire, the do's and dont's. From timber selection and fire starting through to ember generating and managing heat. I will be going over a number of different cooking techniques, including hanging and direct heat through to on ember basket cooking to grilling. I will share some of my favourite rub and seasoning recipes. Starts at 10am through to 5:30pm. Complimentary aged Negroni from Bariletto as well as lunch included in the price.
